(Moment of Clarity)

'Twas a sunny Tuesday afternoon, I came home from school to listen to Chris Moyles' show on Radio 1, as always. I turned the radio on, only to be confronted with a contemplative Moyles explaining why there wouldn't be anything to laugh about today (compared to all the other days when starved Africans are no reason to stop having a good time). As I listened to the unscheduled Newsbeat, my eyes widened and I wondered "Shit, has it finally happened?". As I didn't have a TV at the time, I ran into my brother's room and caught my knee on the drawer in my excitement - is "he" on the New World's side? All channels broadcasting breaking news.

Despite my excitement at someone finally striking the Great Satan, a number of oddities arose almost immediately - eg, CNN reporting Laden's role in the operation before the second tower had yet fallen, the way in which the towers fell, the tacked-on feeling of the Pentagon. Of course, there's no denying the impact that day had on the 21st Century. It's the new Pearl Harbour, indeed, that was the intention. Instead of the parroted crap of the mainstream media, I recommend two Alex Jones documentaries: Martial Law: 9/11 Rise of the Police State, and 9-11: The Road to Tyranny. I also recommend the ever popular game, Hunt The Boeing. The Power of Nightmares details the history to our new century.

Edit: On second thought, ignore Alex Jones.
